Adding your Zanda calendar

Connect your Zanda calendar to Kindred to help manage your availability.

Kindred shows your Zanda busy times in your calendar and flags any overlaps with Kindred sessions.

To add your Zanda calendar:

1. In Kindred, go to Calendar.
2. Click Calendar sync in the top-right corner of the page.
3. Under Bring your other calendars into Kindred, select Zanda.
4. In Zanda, select your business name in the top-right corner, then Practitioner Profile.
5. Select Calendar Sync › Apple Calendar. This option also provides the link needed for Kindred.
6. Turn on Enable Apple iCal feed, select Get my link, then Copy link.
7. Return to Kindred and paste the link into the Calendar syncing address field.
8. Click Add Zanda calendar.

Note: Keep your calendar link private, as anyone with it can see your diary. Kindred only reads your busy times. Your appointment details remain private.

Managing your Zanda calendar

If your calendar link stops working, you can replace it to restore the connection.

To update your Zanda calendar link:

1. Go to Calendar.
2. Click Calendar sync in the top-right corner of the page.
3. Under Bring your other calendars into Kindred, find your Zanda calendar and click Replace link.
4. In Zanda, select your business name in the top-right corner, then Practitioner Profile.
5. Select Calendar Sync › Apple Calendar.
6. Turn on Enable Apple iCal feed if needed, then copy your calendar link.
7. Return to Kindred and paste the link into the Calendar syncing address field.
8. Click Save new link.

Note: Kindred only reads your busy times. Your appointment details remain private.

Removing your Zanda calendar

Disconnect your Zanda calendar from Kindred.

You can remove your connected calendar at any time and reconnect it later.

To remove your Zanda calendar:

1. Go to Calendar.
2. Click Calendar sync in the top-right corner of the page.
3. Under Bring your other calendars into Kindred, find your Zanda calendar.
4. Click the bin icon beside the calendar.
5. Click Remove in the confirmation window.

Note: Removing your Zanda calendar immediately removes its busy times from your Kindred calendar.
