Virtual supervision sessions (conducted through Kindred's Zoom-powered virtual meeting rooms) are automatically tracked.
If a virtual session has not commenced within 15 minutes of its scheduled start time, its status will automatically update to Delayed. Supervisors may still start a delayed session at any time within 72 hours of the originally scheduled start time.
If the session has not started within 72 hours, its status will automatically update to Expired. Once a session has expired, any booking payments made by Supervisees will be released to the Supervisor. Any refund requests or alternative arrangements must then be managed directly between the Supervisor and Supervisee.
Note: In-person sessions are conducted outside the Kindred platform and therefore cannot be automatically tracked. For this reason, in-person sessions are deemed to have started at their scheduled date and time, and to have been completed once the scheduled session duration has elapsed. If circumstances change before an in-person session takes place, the Supervisor is responsible for rescheduling or cancelling the session through the Kindred platform.
