If you experience technical difficulties during a virtual supervision session, you can leave and re-enter the session by selecting Leave in the meeting room. Your Supervisee(s) will remain in the session while you reconnect.

Important: Do not select End for All, as this will permanently end the session for all participants (you cannot restart or rejoin a virtual session once it has ended).

To temporarily leave and rejoin a session:

1. Click Leave Session to exit the meeting without ending it.
2. Go to the Home page (Upcoming Sessions), or open the Calendar page to find the session. This is the same process you followed to start the session.
3. Click the session box or title to access the session details page.
4. Click the Rejoin Session button.
